Profile Project:

An industrial building (20000 s.q.m) for a paint company located in Ghazir, industrial zone. The project is composed of 3 blocs: the first bloc (composed of 2 undergrounds, one ground floor, five floors, roof and water tank and its cover) for production and offices, connected to the second(composed of 2 undergrounds, one ground floor, one floor and a roof ) for paint storage and the third for labors (one floor).

Scoop of Work:

Execution of earthworks and excavation, execution of building frame, installation of engineering systems and communications, internal and external finishing works, landscape design, further maintenance of engineering systems.
